As I stated in another thread, as of now there are no bonuses for 201+. ITS OPTIONAL. So if you believe leveling is too hard or tedious, guess what? You don't have to do it. Plus, there were 50 levels added. What reason would there be for those 50 levels to be added if it wasn't a challenge, and you could grind right through them? Now that is difficult, level 250 will be meaningful like the old 200. If you can easily grind through it, they may as well make the level cap 500.
Im level 200 so I can speak from an accurate standpoint , not sure how I feel about this, but there IS a benefit to it; in that it keeps people from turning 250 into a complete joke since we ALREADY have a level 22x after literally a month of having Unleashed, whereas KMS's highest is a level 23x, after having Unlimited for six months.

It sort of sickens me... the mentality of the players of Runescape back in the day, we didn't buy gp, we didn't buy xp coupons, there were not such a thing. We don't tolerate double xp events, no pay2win crap. Now here in Maplestory people have made threads complaining that this week isn't double xp. SERIOUSLY? Now training some levels means you can't pay your way out of the level but you still are left with loopholes and things like bonus xp events.
How spoiled ARE you? And people have genuinely asked why Nexon is making people take time to level up. IT'S A MMORPG.

I support their decision, took me less than a week's time to get to 200. it's one small step to make the game slightly less pay2win. Everybody's all mad Nexon made people train the way they are supposed to. Boo hoo.

First smart move by Nexon in a while.. They actually made getting to lvl 250 meaningful as they stated..
Nexon should cater more to unfunded and low levels. It takes me a while to even hit 100. Add better training spots.

I prefer to take my time. besides, I don't think they said anything yet about whether 2x [I]events[/I] will be affected by this as well.
