Kaiser Questions (normal world)
so i just started a Kaiser and im having a few questions on it.
1. for Hyper stats, what should i put? i was thinking on some ignore def since he doesnt have that much
2. what should i go for on Inner Ability?
3. what range would i need at MINIMUM to solo bosses like normal/hard magnus (im good at evading) or RA bosses?
4. i cant afford a RA sword for now, what weapon should i use? im currently using a stonetooth sword for the fast attack speed(i have like 50mil, and in scania, RA 2h swords always above like 100mil)

First kaiser post i've seen in a while haha but @simfel seems to have covered everything very nicely.
I like to just set all the important stats to 5 then come back and build up the most important afterwords. (%DMG, %Boss, Crit Rate, Min/Max Crit, PDR)
As for your weapon just do small bosses in the meantime Normal Zak, Normal Hilla, Easy Magnus, ..maybe normal horntail?? Selling all their potions and equips nets you a good 2-4m a day. In a few days you should have enough (depending on world prices ((mine are usually 10-15m for normal fafnirs))) to buy a fafnir weapon. Just make due with what you have for now or do some Dimensional Invasions and you should have a decent chance at getting a Utgard weapon.
1. Kaisers generally lack innate crit rate and min/max crit damage. For the remainder, push for Damage and Boss until you start facing bosses with larger amounts of PDR. You can always reset it later if you cube an excess amount of Damage/Boss/IED on your offensive potentials.
2. Crit Rate or Attack Speed +1 eventually. Boss is a decent alternative.
3. Minimum ~20mil lines for hard Magnus and CRA (minus Chaos Vellum) and ~23mil lines for Chaos Vellum. ~1.5mil lines for normal Magnus and ~100k lines for RA.
4. Utgard (level 140) should drop from monsters within level range, along with other pieces of that set. Use it for now until you can afford RA equips.
