Make a second Cygnus and do the quests again, I had 3 UAs on one account in Bera, a Corsair, a Hero, and an i/l mage, so I know you can do it. Tip: If you make a random name for your Cygnus, then delete it after making the UA, you can have a nameless medal, it'll say "Cygnus" instead of your Cygnus' name. If you do this, keep your first Cygnus to keep the Empress Blessing.

No, you can have as many UAs as you want...

As far as I know, you can only make 1 UA per world, and even if you delete it you cannot create another. I may be wrong about that. Although you could always do it on another world (if Bello has an alliance, which I'm pretty sure it does?). Otherwise you can wait and see if they include class changing and turn it into a I/L or Bishop later

You can however get a different KoC to 120 and make another UA off of that.

You don't even need to delete.
Simply, for each UA you wish to create you need a new KoC or Mihile (and enough character slots).

@above : Meaning, you cannot create another Ua from the same KoC.

You can if you remake cygnus.
