@xmaplelegend They should just remove the high end of the amount they say you can get from them, as it's truly false advertising And to make these things worth getting at all, Nexon should make there be only one Meso Sack in the maple rewards shop that gives 3-30m or something.

@xxmcheifxx I didn't mean it literally, although I know for certain it's a question everyone has had at some point when they were new to the game and saw these traps for the first time. I made this video to show that even though they're on sale for 60% off, they're still simply not worth it. It's unfortunate I made the video so late into the sale though, which is my only regret
@wiihavealife Haha yea. CS/NX boxes are definitely a neat way to convert nx to meso! Although I think the absolute best way is marvel haha. It's just a bit on the expensive side along with being an event only feature.

The real reason is the economy inflated with months/years and mesos bags are still the same price for the same rewards.
Remember guys, you cannot compare this to the non legit way of trading.
With the non legit way, you are not introducing any new mesos into the economy because youre taking someone's else mesos, in fact because of tax, mesos are being taken away.
With the mesos bag, new mesos are being introduced into the economy. Now if it gave 120mil per 1k bag, this would cause inflation as too much mesos is being introduced.
You must understand this difference and this is a main reason, why the mesos bag gives so little amount of mesos most of the time.

It's actually not an "age-old" question, as meso sacks were datamined years ago and found to have a mean of ~2m and std dev of ~500k (rough estimates, for unique)
Clearly the mean and std dev have been changed, but the results are the same.
you are more likely to win the lottery SEVERAL TIMES than to get a reasonable amount of mesos

Yeah these were always a joke . I think the best legitimate way to convert your NX to Mesos is with Perm NX boxes. In the end that also all comes down to luck but I feel normally I at least get one thing that is decent
