What Equips should i Use for My Lvl 149 Evan. Yes i know What most of you guys are gonna say...
"EMPRESS EQUIPS" But i am unfunded maybe 60m but i dont wanna waste that money so please Reply

With 60mil funding you'd be better off trying to craft/fuse your own gear for %INT. If you don't have two characters, make a second one for alchemy and mine/craft (lolol) on your mage.
I don't exactly remember what materials are needed but just keep in mind the potential tiers are 30~69 and 70+. So in other words, use your materials as efficiently as possible - making six level 40 overalls to fuse is better than making just three level 68 ones.
But my mage overall has no % i got it from that equip box event
