Nx Miracle Circulators
So far i've used 20 of them starting from epic and i'm still on the epic tier...
I've maxed out today on circulators from arzwan so im not sure what to do. Am i just unlucky? I'm aiming for %buff duration or +1 speed
How much should i expect to spend? Any experience?

I have friends who have spent over 400k nx now. Still no tier up.
I got unique from azwan circs. I suggest you use them. I used about 60$ worth of circulators and achieved legendary at the 35$ mark. I guess is depends on luck.
Bought 20 more mirc circulators for the sale. Will use later once i get unique but im hoping to get to legendary with some decent line </3
use aswan circs till you're unique
the just as Zeurth said, use some saved up miracle circs and pray it hits legendary and the stat you want
you should wait until the inner ability revamp to mess around with it.
I try to use the free ones until unique then start buying the NX ones.
ive used over 1000 over this last week (about 70 per day) and i have gotten unique only twice
so about 500 circs to unique for me
rare to epic takes like 20 or so
You need legendary for attack +1, just buy circs then leave them until you get unique.
I hear though nexon is going to completely reset inners though.
