Either something wrong with what you posted or your range is stuffed up o-o

I'm at a 32k range buffed and I'm hitting pretty frequent 100k's per star. At 25k you get a few here or there, but you won't see a solid 4 100k's with QT until about a 30k range. To answer your question, the %luk you need depends on your attack/equips/total stats.

100k per star would be around 25k range or so.
100k range on the other hand, you can take a look at [url=http://www.basilmarket.com/show/screen/221825/0/199_nl__85232100273.html]this[/url] and see what kind of equips are needed for a 100k range.

I hit 110k's per star self buffed. I have 24% luk, 194 atk, and max level in every skill except MW, which is 10.
