so I just found out who my real father is
about an hour ago. not really sure how to feel right now.
I've never met this man. ever. My mom was a single mother until I was around six or seven -- I was her flower girl. I remember asking her if the man she was marrying was my real dad when I was younger, and she didn't give me a direct answer. But it didn't really bother me so much, so I never asked he about my biological father again. Of course, I've always been curious, but I never brought it up again.
anyways, I don't want to give too many details about how I found out, because apparently I was never supposed to know... lol.

I actually met my half-brother (well, not entirely sure -- he might be my step-brother) [i]on basilmarket[/i]. I'm not sure if he still uses basil, but I remember conversing with him briefly around a year ago on these forums. it's just really, really weird, lol.
I can't say his name, because I was sworn to confidentiality, but hey, you, half-bro, if you see this, don't tell anybody in your family that I know. Please. lol... well yeah.
and I apologize for any spelling or grammatical errors -- I'm on my iPod at the moment.

if i were to see my father again i'd probably take the closes bus going the opposite direction from him. i don't really like him and tlaking to him is awkward and his kids

see the last paragraph of the post above yours. The person that told me who my father is specficly (not sure how to spell that LOL) named three of his kids, and his name was one of them. It's not a name I could forget easily, and besides, I have a elephant memory, so yeah.

haha, thanks man. I knew full well that I would have people that wouldn't believe me; I mean, I honestly wouldn't even believe the story myself. all that matters is that I [i]know[/i] this is true, so it doesn't bother me in the slightest that others don't believe it.

and @ the guy above me: haha, guilty. We were talking about the schools we go to, and he asked if I knew one of his cousins (my cousin? idk) that went to my school. somewhere in the convo, he dropped his name in.

I honestly don't know if I even [i]want[/i] to meet him. He abandoned me, is how I see it. He was never there for me. I don't know, maybe it was for the best, but I really don't think I could see him without bursting into tears
