35x adds another bonus pot line, 40% success rate, does not destroy item.
44x adds another bonus pot line, 20% success rate, does not destroy item.

i got tons of 100%s so you're not god
They changed it so it only work on items that at least have one line of bonus potential. So basically they're worthless unless you have items with one line of bonus potential on one of your items.
so many 100%s have been given out that these are quite useless, i drop the ones i get from Von Leon solos every day >.>
There have been events that supplied these with a higher chance of working-> and did not destroy stuff. Its still useful.
Bonus potential carvers aren't that expensive, especially if they're not 100%.
i feel retarded for dropping those when they first came out. i was playing my UA paladin at the time, and their inventory slots are so small lol, so i dropped the hundreds that i collected. back then, their effect was terrible. it was like, 5% chance to add bonus potential with 100% chance to destroy or something
I feel sorry for you that you let those sit in your inventory space while you could have had other useful things.
