Noble Lady's Black Fan
Hi, I want to buy a Noble Lady's Black Fan, but I'm skeptical because it is very similar to Elizabeth's Fan (it's basically a recolor), and Elizabeth's Fan is genderlocked to females only. The black fan doesn't state that it's genderlocked, but I just want to make sure before I buy one (never know with Nexon). So does anyone know? Thanks.

I'm able to equip a Noble Lady's Black Fan on my male character, and I've seen a buddy actively using one on his female character.
Based on those two premises, Noble Lady's Black Fan is not gender-locked.
