So are Wh the only class that still needs arrows to attack?
All the other archers can attack even when having 0 arrows, can WH do that?

Yeah It's annoying to pick up so many of them. inventory gets clogged and it's like, no ew. It's not enough for an archer to use as they train but its enough to clog inventories.

If a BM/MM doesn't use Soul Arrow they will consume arrows. Its just that if BM/MM don'thae arrows they still can attack.
The real problem is that the arrow items need to be revamped to be useful or simply deleted.
Wind Archers still need arrows without their Slyph's Aid

So the only point of soul arrow is the attack buff? omg rename it or something damn that is so misleading
