By killing CRA (with a party of course) or joining a party that can carry you there. All you need to do to get CRA equipment is to be there when the boss dies, which is why party play and guilds are so important in Reboot, people WILL have to work together.
After weeks to months of gearing up, we might begin to see people with the CRA set. You will not get the CRA set in this server unless you fight the chaos bosses yourself.
