does anyone pass out after jogging?
Ever since i was young i have had this problem where i would pass out right after a jogging session. i told my parents and they said it was normal because i pushed my body as far as it could go, but its wierd because i never pass out after sprinting for as long as i can. My friend told me to see a doctor but ive been avoiding it because my parents said it was normal, What should i do? and has anyone experienced this?

Then don't jog lol.
Passing out from anything isn't generally good. It definitely isn't one of the bodies first responses.
Passes out from jogging? Never happened in my life. Probably not gonna happen in the next 30 years, either.
If I was running like crazy non-stop, then that might happen. But with the help of water, probably not.
drink water
If you pass out you pushed your body yeond the limit.
People say push your self to the limit, you did beyond that which damages your body.
Run until you can't run anymore. When people jog they jog for 15minutes(example) they do not stop within those 15 minutes.
if you pass out after a run either
1. You pushed your self too hard, meaning the X amount of time you are doing is way to much.
2. you are not getting enough blood flow, not breathing.
3. or you are breathing harder then you are running
why did you quote me to say all that?
