Permanently banned for no reason
I've been playing this same account legitly for years. I had 17 characters. Most of them level 100 plus. I was working on my wild hunter I created yesterday. I reached level 100 and equipped my powerful crossbow and looked at my new attack. I logged out to change the character card and tried to log back in and saw that I was permanently banned. How lucky am I? I just purchased 40k nx too. I think this is really unfair. I got false reported yesterday. Some girl called me a hacker when she saw that I knew she was using a hack that somehow teleported the item to her. Other than that, I've been a regular Mapler. I submitted a ticket immediately. Is there anything else I can do? I really do not want to quit but I refuse to start over. Has anyone else been banned FALSELY. Please help.

I assume it was. It was a root abyss weapon with all scrolls to work enhancement. It was about 226 atk. 238 atk with pot.

Its always the same, i got banned in december 4th and i already send like 3 tickets and they are still open, and my account will be able this weekend so first i get un-banned than they read the tickets so GL with that.. Oh and i just got banned for lagging at zakum jump quest (yeah lagging).
Go into livechat and you will most likely be unbanned.
Nothing we or you can do. Just hope your ticket explained the situation well and politely and that Nexon reviews the issue.

did you mention you just purchased 40k nx in the ticket, and planned to buy more?
