just today i was farming my daily 500 empathy at Saffron Advanced Herb Patch with the Pet on Autoloot/ Item pouch , i don't even care about what crap herbs i was picking up, just watching that empathy increasing <3.
After getting out and drop all the herbs i harvested, it looks like i picked up a Rose clipping, because there was one at my ETC inventory, so yeah.. They still drop from harvesting herbs.

When you have 30 charm, you need a rose clipping to finish the quest to unlock your pocket slot.
