Toxic Venom Damage
Have you guys noticed that toxic venom does damage equal to your max range? Is that supposed to be happening since the skill says 160% dmg every sec.
If you use the mystic potion from steal, the venom dmg changes to the new max.

yes, its been like that for quite some time
it never changes its just 1.6x whatever your range is
