That's cool. No one should abuse it though. Seriously, it will just make it harder on the people that actually had the problem.

Great way to abuse the ticket system and waste their time reading useless tickets on something they already know instead of solving more important tickets. And they'll probably only compensate those who bought a lot of keys that didn't work properly.
