Okay, so I know the Cape isn't technically an accessory.
Anyway, the Timeless Moonlight is one of my all-time favorite items, so I decided to get the other 2 accessories to go with it. Just need to scroll the Pendant and Earrings, then probably cubing them at some point.

@guerratrades: Apparently Empress is the only one that drops the recipe, I happened to find it in FM for 50m. Also needed 6 Rock of Time to make it. It also gains +20-30 Def/MDef and +2-4 Accuracy per level as well.
Cape is 0-1 All + Jump and 0-2 Speed per level, only available from Gachapon Boxes as far as I know.
Earrings are 0-1 All and 5-20 HP per level, one Rock to make. Recipe is dropped by Homunscullo, Jr. Cerebes, and apparently Empress.

It starts out with 9 all when clean, gains +2-4 STR/DEX/INT/LUK per level, for 5 levels. So it'll range from 19-29 in each stat when fully leveled.

@Togico: Basil's droplists are EXTREMELY inaccurate, and I have yet to see one actually drop from PB.

I think it only came from the old Gachapon Box events, managed to get one for about 180-200m.
@codphone101 Secondary Pendant slots do that, because "permanent" ones last for ~65 years.
