Surprise Perma Ban
So I got permabanned today for "hacking/3rd party program". I definitely didn't do any of those. How do I appeal the ban?
EDIT: Please don't feed the trolls. It'll derail my thread by provoking a response, and I'm already desperate enough to ask Basil

Do not worry chief, I am sure it will be up in a matter of hours.
Sorry to hear this happened to you! I guess you have to be patient and fill your time with something else while you wait for the customer service page to come back.
Or you can try asking around Maplestory official forums on their webpage, hopefully a GM will miraculously reply to you on there.

I am sorry for you loss, log into Nexon's home page, and click 'Get Support' then submit a ticket. If your ticket gets denied, you can try again here http://maplestory.nexon.net/community#%2Fforumdisplay.php%3F339-Ban-Appeals%26nxid%3D6
With the thread title "[Ban Appeal] [i]Ticket Number here[/i]" and a brief explanation.
In my experience, my tickets have usually taken two or three weeks to get a response.
