Advice on upgrading?

So uh, I've been sitting around on 34k range (low, I know :I ) and I've been considering of finally upgrading my weapon, after so many years of using the same ol' thing (from since pre BB). This is [url=http://i50.tinypic.com/15z02ad.png]my staff[/url] I've been stuck with, since I've barely could afford anything better much for a long time. (I'm not a hardcore nor active mercher at all) As of now, I have about 690m (process of collecting some more funds)

On top of that, I have a few decent scrolls to work with such as a few clean slates, epic pot scroll, a 20% scroll (will get more later on), and wizard scrolls (scrolls that were given out in Asenscion. They are 60% that give +3 matk, + 3 int...you know, if it's even worth using them?) Also a 100% 2 MAtk scroll but dunno if that's worth using either.

Not sure what to consider upgrading with but I thought about either:

-an Ele staff 5-6 (I've finally see them floating around in fm for once and I've always dreamed of owning one)
-a Dragon Tail staff (it might be cheaper but I don't have the full empress set to abuse the bonus. Plus I'm not gonna replace my cape, gloves, shoes with clean empress stuff anytime soon until I find some that give more % int or m atk than my current stuff at an affordable range or can even find them)
-A Loveless Staff (slightly stronger than empress but slightly weaker than the ele)

Plus, I'd like to know a p/c for my staff (if it's viable for trading/selling).
