How do I do the level 60 charm medal quest the hotness?
I've googled and I've already done the following prerequisites
1. Completed the purchasing a disguise quest
2. Have 60 charm
3. Completed the level 60 charm expression quest
Yet Le Tierre does not offer me any quests other than generic black wings quests.
Is there a glitch with her?
