Hidden Pop Ups

So before I had my challenges slot thing, that pops up to show them, in the middle of my screen, i then dragged it out of the screen without knowing I won't be able to get it back :l So now I can't see it anymore..
Anyone know how to fix this?

If I press the button again it just pops up out of the screen.

How do you color words?
Something like [blue]Example[/blue] but that one doesn't work
