Why have i not gotten the quest?
There's suppose to be these tot quest at lvl 45 but i never got the message.

@parteek Not the know-how quests, those just teach you about random things in the game. Click on the button that says recommendations and there should be a lists of different quests that he thinks you should do. You'll know you're looking at the right list because the quests won't be from him, but from other npcs in maple world. If that button is greyed out then that means he doesn't have any recommendations for the level you're at (also means you won't be getting a free level up until he has quests for you again)

People are confused at how tot's quests work. It does just hand out levels at a specific level, it's about what quests he has recommended for you at each level. If you complete ALL of his recommendations without leveling, then he levels you up so you can get started on his next quest recommendation. There's not a set group of levels that he always makes you skip through. You have to open Tot's guide and see what he recommends.

If you're talking about the free levels quests, they start at 46
