Tyrant boots question

Hey guys,

I had a question. So currently, I have about 130 css. I was wondering if I should sell them all to buy tyrant boots (have 5 starred nova boots atm). Or should I save them for the next trace fever and try to perfect my sw katara (+10 70%'ed and 10 starred)?
