patching problem for every new patch
Anyone else here have to redownload maplestory after every new patch? After every new patch comes out, the patcher does its job until it gets to wiz. map or something like that. Then it tells me the wiz.map file is corrupted even though maplestory was working fine before the patch. I just find it annoying having to redownload ms every patch. If anyone had this problem and happened to find a solution please share . Thank you in advance.

I'd say i've been getting this problem since the chaos patch, or around that time.
I'm not really good with computers so dont expect me to do some crazy stuff with my computer xD

I let it patch itself and no problems... using XP though

i understand you... I hate how my brothers computer patchs his patch perfectly without trouble and gets to play while i sit and watch him and my redownload

I try to keep my life simple with the computer so i stay away from all that editting and hacking, just to much numbers,letter,coding, etc @_@. I usually start maple through the gamelaucher and i still get the problem. I've tried manual patching and i still get the same problem </3. Seems like everyone has a different problem with their patchers.
it happened to me with other downloads just make sure that you gamelauncher is a shortcut onn ur desctop or whereever u use it cuz u need the original in the maplestory file.

What happens to me is that nothing happens when I try to open maple. Now this happened again. gey
Sometimes I get that error with "your gamelauncher.exe is corrupt"
No idea why it happens, but it happens after almost every patch so I always keep a back-up folder with the file
