@kaiwatersxd: they used to be. When Blackgate City just opened every boss you killed dropped on off the boss set items (the Ring is just a part off a set,Ring, Mask, Shoulder, Glove, Boot, Hat and Cape i think) but nexon nerfed that. The boss drops are more rare now. And the Ring is one off the Rarest.
are these blackgate rings easy to come by?
Blackgate rings are the only "high level" (100 plus) you can stack. If you use 4 blackgate rings they even count 4 times for the set bonus ! How cool is that.
