I thought it was around every 2 months or so. It's still very sporadic, though.
Since the royal faces/hairs just recetly changed, don't expect a change for a while.
They update it pretty randomly.
if you just google "royal hair list" the official one is the first link and is always updated.
edit: actually i lied its not updated
edit2: i completely misread your post lmao but im p sure its updated every month or so and nobody knows whats gonna be in it so just wait it out
