Can u Get shard from Guild pq?
They're among the rarest of soul shard drops from the chest, along with Magnus and Cygnus souls. Zak on the other hand appears to be the most common.

Anyone know what the soul do or stat it gives?
I can also confirm that they drop. I've only gotten like 2 from drops though..
