What the heck are you even talking about? You can only buy the accessories once per account (earring and ring), and the scrolls are only from the gollux shop.
Where do tyrants come in exactly?
make your own.. these gollux accessories are common drops and those scrolls are available in every event.. surely not worth the 8b unless you farm tyrants on a regular basis
its not hard self scrollling one and unique it now a days... total cost to self scroll one is about 3=4b
