Stump Town
I wanna get the fury haircut using a VIP coupon but it says it's in stump town. I gathered info and learned that it's the beast tamer town, is there any way to get there as a kaiser? Or a non-beast tamer? ...Is there any other town that i can get the fury haircut from using VIP's that isn't stump town?

Aw but that's lvl 140 stuff... this new character i made is lvl 47

Before, the family system could be used to teleport there, but it's gone now.
Maybe have a Beast Tamer summon you from a guild, or teleport rock?
