Freezing in Event Hall?
I want to speak to Mr. Newname and change my name but the lag is so bad that it freezes me completely. I can't seem to find Mr. Newname anywhere else either. Does anyone know when the lag is going to get fixed? (Also, are these name change coupons permanent or is it a limited time item?)

@xtagg @pinyin @whatthejew : I looked in Leafre and Hene, but he's not there.
Yup, that NPC is also at Hene/Leafre, and maybe some other towns.
Not sure if there is a solution to fix the event hall lag, but it's been broken for a while now. =[
Pretty sure namechange coupons are limited, but not sure when the last day is for them or anything.
