Has anyone tried to contact KMS directly?
The botting problem in GMS is rampant and doesn't seem to be dealt with.
Luna (ems) has no GMS at all, and reports are completely ignored.
When EMS was a single entity, the GMs were actually Players that were chosen through tedious applications and hackers were usually banned within hours of being reported.
KMS and JMS both have great anti-hack security and take hacking quite seriously.
We all know whining to GMS staff about it won't make a difference as they're incompetent.
But what about mass mailing KMS and complaining about how their North American branch is abusing their players? That might rattle some chains.

When I play this game, I'm usually working on completing quests, and it's near impossible to get anything done thanks to how prolific the hackers are.
The entire Mu Lung/Herb Town region is virtually owned by them. Every channel and nearly every map in that region is occupied by them.

Yea I got on the phone with the president of nexon (Kim Gung Ho) and he told me to "shibal off" whatever that means
@chros: Some of us can't complete quests because of these pricks, hogging all the damn channels, dood. It really does annoy the frick out of me after going through all 20 channels and still not able to find one that's empty.
I don't understand why hackers (i'm assuming botters?) even bother you.
Like I get they don't follow the terms of service or w/e, but its not like they really affect your gameplay.
If anything, they enhance it.
You can buy the mesos they get off of gamekuu for pretty cheap.
Its a win-win situation in my book.

I just logged into Reboot today and I see a whole bunch of 250 off rankers..
@deeemon: you are funny Personally, as a reboot player, i think its redicilous that equips cant be stored. Reboot is about not selling stuff to other players, making your own mesos. I think one of the fun factors of maple is the possibility to support other chars in your account, it is still possible meso-wise but you should be able the share equip within your own account also. (what is a Hyrule Warrior ?)

I know one way to fix the botting problem for reboot. Remove storage NPCs.
If you not allowed to trade equips via storage, you might as well not trade anything else at all, no mesos either. That'll stop all these Kannas and 420 Blaze it Wizards. And then nexon could add back those meso sacks to cash shop before all the poor reboot babies complain about meso farming again. nexon can fix reboot and make monies at the same time!
Why is the equip category the only one got excluded? It doesn't make any sense. What were they thinking? Nevermind, they don't have a brain.

I play other nexon game, and the only way to get them to actually get them to respond and take action is spam ticket + sue threat. We got the whole community to send tickets and they did respond we did get the stuff we asked for.
