Lumis are fast because of those starter quests with the lamp, no travel time just a load of teleporting in to the zone and out.
EDIT: just re-read you post lol derp moment. ok other then Lumis I found shades to be fast, any class ith a starter zone and a stack of quests there will level up fairly quick, but for my shade I blinked and she was lvl70 so definitely not a slow leveler.

They actually amended it to when you get your first droplet or w.e at level 119/120.
Demon Slayers level fast @currsed yes but need to be 180 I think to able to gain exp in the real world and takes awhile to do all the quests and level up. UNLESS you got 2x quest exp which basically then just levels you fast like when Zero first came out and they sold those I wonder if they still do sell them?
