Where to train a priest?

So my friend currently has a lvl 112 priest in kradia. He would really like to get him to 120, but he cannot find the time or the motivation to get him there. If you could recommend training spots for him that would be really great! Also, if you could post a good reason to get to 120 to motivate him, that would be great. Thanks!
