LHC Monsters Count as Bosses?

I personally cut all damage funds at 100k clean and the highest range I've seen myself have is 140k. At LHC with 140k, my swings can reach max damage on crits, and my FB is 900k x3. About 250k-300k for RS cap, depending on boss damage, PDR, and any external damage multipliers (card set, inner potential, etc.).

From what I heard 150k
I heard 140k or so for always caps on regular mobs but idk
