Will nx stay or disappear
I have 2 dual blades on same account and got the nx/pet that nexon gave on one of them. If I move the nx into cash shop
and deleted the dual blade, will the other dual blade get it or will the nx disappear?

I think you should wait until RED, I think that's when DBs become normal adventurers and can share NX stuff.
Did you try to put the pet in cs and then relogging on your other db and if it is there, did you take it? Because if you deleted the other db, the pet won't be deleted since it is in your inventory.

any items in his inventory will be deleted
Until Red, any class that isn't classified as simply "adventurer" has an indiviudual CS that cannot be shared with any other character even in the same class

You cannot share CS with any character other than adventurers.
It will dissapear
why do you have 2 dual blades?
I don't know if Dual Blades share the CS with each other but if they do it should stay in the CS storage.
