Perm Extra Pendant Slot Downside?
Can someone explain this downside to me?
"However, characters will not be able to equip more than 1 special item"
Does it just mean I can't equip two of the same pendant? Or something else?

It's not just actually-special stuff like *ABRs, it's anything that says one-of-a-kind, even the crappy defense rings and such.

It's the same for both. There is no down side. Whether you buy the non perma slot, or the perma slot, you can't equip unique pendents that say one of a kind. The only down side of the sale is its a time limited sale, but knowing nexon they'll bring it back again.
it's kind of like an abr, you can't equip two of them. If you have two htp, you can't equip them. It's should say "One of a kind item" in the item description.
Can't equip two unquied equipped items like 2 chtp at once htp, kinda like the evo ring deal.
