I highly recommend this, however since I was unable to solo czak/cht I just did 3 di runs(Note I was on 6x). Doing this(on 6x that is) I got to 200 within 2 2x events.
1-10 : Whatever works, 11-45 : Pantheon mobs, 45-60 : Mummydogs and Skeledogs (Military Camp 1, map in Perion Construction Site), 60-70 : Drakes/Orbis mobs or, Sand Rats/Scorps if your funded, 70-140 : R&J 140-165 : DIPQ [Optional] At 150, get a 2x coupon and do normal HT & Czak, you'll get about 4-5 levels. 165-200 : SDH. From 165-200 do bosses whenever you can; czak, CHT, etc. Pretty good exp at high levels.
