Need someone to take over Dual Blade Guide
As of today (April 9, 2014), I have announced that I quit Maplestory. I've played this game since the start of 2010 and managed this guide. However, I was hacked following July 8, 2013. After sending a ticket to Nexon, they finally responded today asking for a copy of my legal ID. I decided that I officially will quit Maplestory and I will not make a comeback. I will also be holding mini-contests if Nexon compensates me.
Now why am I posting this now when I should've been posting this 4 months ago? Honestly, before the end of the Christmas holidays, I had some intention of returning to Maplestory but I figured that with my hacked character, I was never able to take on today's "funding" standards. Between that failed comeback and now, I do not have Maplestory installed on my computer. I rarely visited BasilMarket too. If I can remember the last Dual Blade section post/comment for me was from around September 2013. Also, I'm in university so Maplestory is a full time consumer trying to get the best equipment without money.
Still want to contact me outside BasilMarket or Maplestory? I will be playing Runescape (recovering account) most probably as my next game. And why am I posting this in the Dual Blade section? I'm looking for a new owner of the [url=http://www.basilmarket.com/MapleStory-Guide-Dual-Blade-Guide-438.html]dual blade guide[/url]. I believe A LOT of content has changed between the end of July 2013 and today. So I'm sure that some of you that I knew in the past still play today and have WAY more funding (probably 100x more damage than my pre-lost range).
I will be PMing you the source code for the Dual Blade guide (I have it in Google Docs) to the next DB guide writer. Then afterwards, I will edit my Dual Blade guide and post the new link of the guide to another thread. Then I will PM a moderator asking them to sticky the new guide in exchange of removing mine.

@DustOfPain: Yeah this is Nexon's fault for attempting to suck them back into this. Besides the last class in my head I know was invented was Zero. I'm sure there's like at least 10 more ahead. Either way, since I said Nexon sucks a lot, I really meant it and that I will quit.

@puretppc: As much as I loved the idea of overseeing your guide, I doubt I doubt I can keep up with it as I haven't really been actively playing MapleStory these days.

Hmm... I guess it just depends on how you look at it. I personally think that what he said is quite true, because there have been threads in the past where people have said that they quit yet a couple years/months/weeks (even days!) later... They're back haha! But hey, if you really are quitting for good then all the best!
@puretppc: I quit because as a DB I couldn't do many bosses because PB's range was too small. I switched before their revamp, but the fact that phantoms are a lot stronger was definitely an influencing factor.
Ayo has long since quit DB as well.

I was going to say this around few months ago when I failed the comeback but I had better things to do than just quit. So as of today, I received a ticket notification from Nexon and I decided to announce this thread because of what Nexon tried to ask for.

Hey, sorry about this, but I'm going to withdraw myself too. I recently switched from DB to phantom and I'm not really staying up to date on DBs now. @itay07734 did the same thing as me so he probably won't take it either

@puretppc: This is certainly interesting, but I'm not interested in maintaining a guide. It's a bit too time consuming for me, but I'm also happy to answer any questions as well through PM's, tags, and quotes when I'm available.
Um...from that list (and from my observations)...I will have to nominate Triplebladez. He has a better understanding of the DB skill set such as dodge vs evasion skill better than any of the other candidates. I tend to nitpick if the guide is written incorrectly.

@gotarmaru: Honestly, I don't really feel it's worth it anyways. If I get the NX back, it's not gonna make me return to this game. After all, it takes a lot of stress to play this. But oh well, I sent them a comment on some non-legal ID they asked for (ie. security Qs).

@tecul1: I think he's better off where he's at. A guide is very serious to maintain in general and can be time consuming even the smallest sections.

You can still work on the guide. It doesn't need to be done fast.
Oh, and I guess, even if I'm not as proficient as others in DBs because I've never mained one, I think I'd make a good guide writer. But I'd rather someone else do it because Uni hard

Ok I'll mark your name as withdrawn b/c if I remove it then people might attempt to nominate you back. Well, the reason I didn't ask a few months ago was a potential comeback. Yeah I know we make mistakes sometimes >.<
