Road Bike Single Speed

Hello, I am looking for a road bike (single speed) from Bikes Direct. I would like a flip flop hub, so I can convert from fixed gear to free wheel when I please.
I am currently looking at

and

and

and
http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/motobecane/fixie-record-dropbar-trackbikes.htm
Which of these bikes are best in terms of performance/weight to cost ratio? And, which gives you a smoother ride, alluminum or steel frame?

Know nothing about bikes, but the last one looks the coolest.

Oh, I do know something. You're going to feel all the bumps with an aluminum frame, but having a lighter bake will of course be very beneficial. Steel frames will get you a more solid, sturdier feeling bike, but it's heavier and there are some problems with steel frames such as corrosion. Steel will be more comfortable.
