An Odd Question About Cats

Yesterday, my cat was having trouble going to the bathroom for whatever reason. Every time she tried to go, she'd be confused as to what to bury and ended up scratching at the floor, the side of the litterpan, a soda box, and the wall. She hid in a small cupboard near her litterpan (This cat has favorite spots and never strays from them, but I'd never seen her in there before yesterday) and was acting strangely. This morning, she's been scratching at everything, thinking it's her poop and that she should bury it. She actually vomited on my floor and pulled my towel over it (ew) to cover it, as well as scratch at my pillow, suitcase, and my backpack, which are both far from the litterpan and the vomit. I'm aware that she's probably just constipated, but due to her strange behavior, I'm concerned that it's something worse.
My question is this: Does anyone know what the problem might be with my cat?

TLDR? My cat won't poop and is acting weird about it. She's probably just constipated but I'm concerned that there's something else.

Hmmm, I don't want to alarm you, but sometimes cats, mostly males, but sometimes females, can get their urinary system plugged, so they can't pee for days. Mi cat died from this, it kills them after two or three days tops. So has your cat being peeing? You should really monitor their bathroom routine.

I'd bring the cat to a vet, if you can afford it.

My cat is vomiting a lot lately with odd bathroom habbits, so they wanted to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong with him.

It could be something ranging from a simple hairball (and you can give them PetroMalt to help with that) to them having ate something that got stuck in their intestines and is blocking everything up. (If you cat is anything like mine, he eats all sorts of stupid stuff he shouldn't, like ribbons, strings, twist-ties, etc... Those can rarely get stuck inside them and make them vomit, have trouble pooping, etc... and it can be serious).

It could also be thyroid problems or other issues, only a vet can tell. So if you can afford an expensive vet bill and love your cat, the safest route would be take them in.

My cat is a strictly indoor cat.
She's also been licking her butt repeatedly. Worms?
