would nexon clean up our hyper skills

The spit damage on monkey seems useless, since isn't it doing the same damage overall. .5 times 2 is equal to 100%. I would take increased damage or at least split attack with 3 attacks per monkey.

also the bonus crit on barrage is not that necessary. Since we have bonus crit from the actual skill. I wish nexon would swap bonus crit for boss damage. Most other classes have boss hypers for their primary one v one.

Reinforce hypers in general are the exact same thing as boss damage hypers except it works on things that aren't bosses. Extra hit hypers will always be prioritized because of buckshot. 3rd monkey is probably better than any other hyper they could make for militia. More than 5 useful hypers makes it unnecessarily harder to make the best choice. Your suggestions make cannoneers worse.

@FreeIcecream: I assumed that was the reason, I never looked deep into that hyper because it was already a useless hyper to me.

I'm quite sure monkeys did not get affected by the old damage cap.
After some digging around [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Smz-yyOhUqs]I found this vid[/url]. Within the first 20 seconds you already see them hitting up to 2.6m lines while he is capping nearly fulltime (apart from non-crits on empress). I honestly do not believe that even at the time it had any use, considering the high damage cap of the monkeys.

When the hyper was released, the cap was still 1m at the time, so this was very useful for STRONG cannons. Now it's quite useless.
My miltia do like..maybe 2m or 3m, who knows I don't look, and it'd be rather useless if I did it now, waste of a hyper skill point in my opinion.

The average Cannoneer obviously caps with Monkeys, so the split damage hyper is a godsend <3

I tested it before, monkey did 300k damage before hyper, with hyper it did 2 attacks of 150k...useless IMO. I'll give nexon the benefit of the doubt and say that it might have been a coding error, or translation error. Maybe they were trying to do what you said and messed up.
