When you said build, I was thinking you were gonna put a shirtless photo.

Considering those games aren't really that demanding I suggest you to spend less on the pc and get a better monitor instead

Dunno the resolution that these games support but why not get like.. xb270hu, gtx 960/970, i5-4690k, cheaper mobo (ga-z97x gaming 3?) 8GB RAM & hyper evo 212 as cpu cooler? Unless you're going SLI or Crossfire 850w is probably a bit overkill

Maybe this and xb270hu?
CPU and GPU. I don't know what youre gonna be doing but thats overkill. Most people that customize dont really need all that power, but I guess you can get it just for funsies and bragging rights on how much power your comp makes.
Even a $600~700 build will easily be able to max them.
These two comments are the only appropriate responses given. League of Legends, Hawken, and Warframe are all fairly undemanding. I do not have the time tonight to work out a parts list for you, but I will leave this bit of information-

Hawken is the most demanding game you have listed. $99 video cards max out that game which are the GeForce GT 740 and Radeon R7 260 and of these two, the latter is the better one.
You can avoid needlessly spending over $400 which could be put to future upgrades or other things like nice peripherals. You'll max out your games without buying the $550 GeForce GTX 980 which is targeted for far more demanding games and/or ultra HD resolutions.
Here is the thing with that CPU and GPU, if you are not over clocking those no point of getting it.
Here is what i would do.
Mother Board ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
I would buy TWO R9 280x 3gb and
Xfire both of them
For the cooling excellent choice
850 is more than enough good on that
Ram nothing much to say 16gb standard for high end gaming rigs
Computer case never heard of those.
But i prefer the Obsidian 700D
Simple and yet excellent cooling flow

This set up might be a hassle for people who never X fire GPU before.
But i don't recommend you buy that GPU u are planning to buy
