Maplepoints reward from nexon
My Account got hacked and deleted so i put in a ticket about 2 months ago just got a reply saying they have gifted me 100k maplepoints but i don't see it. Does it take time or something?(its been 4 days now) or do i live chat or etc?

@quickmova: both of my tickets asked if i was ok with it, in your case i would send another ticket.
Wow I'm gonna send a ticket right now since a hacker hacked my account too. They deleted all my characters and made a bot on it T.T

and the amount is based on how much NX have you spent on that account, I once got 250k in one account and only 50k in other, when nexon had their info leak.

How in the world do u get maplepoints if ur account got deleted?

If you're going to live chat them I'd give it a day or two in between them.
