Ds or Phantom
Herro dere guys. It's been a while since I've played Maple, but I have a question. I am choosing to fund either Phantom or DS, but I'm wondering if both are equally funded, who would do more damage. I'm just trying to find out which one to play more. Who is more fun (as in variety). This might be a strange question so I apologize for any confusion. Thanks for the help.

yeah i did make both classes, they're both at 4th job. but thanks, yeah, im looking forward to RED.
I'd say make both classes.
You might not get the opportunity to create the other classes while RED patch is released, so you can always switch later on if you choose to.

Fund a Phantom for now, Phantoms wreck DS in terms of power. Just like @PhantomThief said, they get an indirect buff. Dark Knights get a skill that increases their range literally 100% so, Phantom can steal that. Along with the fact they can steal many other skills that increase their DPS.
good luck another bad thing about DS is the awkward voice GMS gave them... so yeah you really should consider just sticking to phantom
oh ok. now i guess im leaning towards phantom, haha. But ill just wait till the patch comes out, i guess, and try em both and see. thanks a lot for your help though.
phantom will be stronger than DS when RED patch comes (in like a month?)
I leveled em both to 200 when they were released. both really awesome jobs and I loved playing em, but I do prefer phantom

Okay, for now, DS would do MUCH more damage. However, in red phantoms get an indirect buff making them much stronger. I've played both, and I say phantom is more fun. So, short term: DS Slightly longer termhantom
