A quick guide showing how you can start egging (scrolling) Horn Tail pendants if you haven't done the pre-quest yet.
NOTE: You need a Nine Spirit egg (dropped by HT) and this pre-quest *before* you enter the Nine Spirit's map (or you lose the egg from HT and must loot another one).

Thanks for this video, I was lost and you saved me from having to ask a million noobish questions.
So you just go there and you get the egg? My friends told me Horntail drops the egg and you use it on the pendant? Is that right?

You only need to do this specific questline once per character you want to egg an HTP on. Afterwards, just go see the Nine Spirit Dragon each time you want to egg HTP's as long as you're carrying an egg. And each HTP can only be egged once.
