I was a bit sleep deprived yesterday so forgive my mistake. With Armor Break removed from arrow platter, armor break basically becomes a useless skill for me.

If you already cap with magic arrows/afa/hurricane then it's a nerf but that's a very small minority.

Huh.. oh well at least it still procs with magic arrows, afa and hurricane.

I agree with what @elufu said since the actual activation process is now different and it activates once per second so yes probably more of a buff.

It's probably not a nerf, more towards a buff imo. You'd rather activate it on a higher % skill than to have it activated on a turret. (It only activates once every second).
