At level 166 I went to SH and almost 1 hit.. i was a fraction off with a 500k range. Level 166-170 on 2x took me about 20 or so solo.
2 hit is good if you wanna solo train. you dont need a kanna if you 2 hit.
You can easily solo SDH. Like mentioned, with 150k range you can 2-hit which is good enough. If you really wanted to, you can probably 1-hit with a but more funding. I'd say 2-hitting is more than efficient.
I have a 150k range and can 2 hit with Showdown
You should be able to solo SH with around 700k range.
