1-2 star tyrant should generally beat a 15% stat cape.

The attack is right but the all stat definitely isn't. It should all add up to 115~ all stats (165 total on a clean 5 stars tyrant)

Clean tyrant will probably be better than the %str cape you are referring to anyways.
