If I dont work out for a month Hi. I have been working out for a year now and I have built nice muscles, not too nice but noticeably different. I work out 4 days a week since summer with one of those days as full cardio. So, it's Ramadan now and I cannot work out for the extent of the month (i quit my membership for the month too). Will I lose my muscles if I don't work out for the month at all?
